Diane (Dee) Burman is Co-Founder and Director of the RetireRight Center in Chicago, a non-profit organization devoted to educating pre- and post-retirees in the “Art of Retirement.” The focus is on the non-financial aspects of retirement. Before the advent of the RetireRight Center, Ms. Burman founded and acted as principal of an independent human resources consulting firm. Previous to establishing her own company, she was engaged by 3 international corporations for over 25 years, where she worked as an internal consultant and supported projects in management development, executive coaching, team building, diversity management, quality improvement
initiatives, career planning, career coaching and redeployment. Ms. Burman was also founder and first President of the Organization Development Network of Chicago. She holds a B.A. from Vassar College and an M.A. from Middlebury College Graduate School of French in France.
