RETURN POLICY

• You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It is your responsibility to pay return shipping charges.

• Items should be returned in their original packaging.

• If something was sent to you in error, we will pay the return shipping charges. 

• If the item is not in its original packaging and has been opened, but is still in perfect condition, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. 

• Downloadable products are non-refundable.

• Shipping charges on returned items are not refundable.

• If the item arrives damaged, return it to us and we will replace it and pay the return shipping charges.

• If you return an item after 30 days and/or the item has obvious signs of use, we will refund 50% of the item’s price at our discretion.

• Returns will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.

• You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks from the time that you send the item back to us.  However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
