The concept of networking groups is for like-minded individuals to meet to exchange views and perhaps problem-solve member issues for the purpose of improving their lifestyles in retirement. Some groups may choose to meet on the telephone in a conference call arrangement.  Those who are not geographically far apart may decide to get together in person.   Based on the desires of each networking group, topics will be chosen for discussion and speakers who are expert on a topic may be invited to present at a meeting.  The RetireRight Center will help organize these meetings.  Each group will choose an informal leader or rotate leadership.  The leader will work with members of the group to decide on topics of interest to the group, plan the schedule and work with the RetireRight Center to organize the meeting.  Members will also be made aware of other meetings and telephone seminars that may be presented by other organizations so that they can participate in discussions that are relevant to the topic of retirement.
